As a church plant, Providence Reformed Church is governed by the Consistory of Christ Reformed Church (XRC). This means that the leadership of Providence Reformed includes several men who do not regularly worship at the church plant location, because they are overseeing the mother church.
The elders and ministers are called to shepherd the flock, to guard the worship, and have ruling authority under Christ and his Word.
